| Abstract: | Dissolution of marriage does not automatically terminate the relationship between the parties. The topic becomes even more sensitive when there is a child in the marriage. Divorce is often associated with tension and opposition between the parties, and its consequences continue in the same vein. This leads to negatives for the child, his psyche and his resilience. Therefore, the way of settling the relations between the parties upon termination of marriage and regulating the arrangements between them before the court can prevent, alleviate or significantly help to maintain the good relations between the former spouses. |
