O crime organizado : as máfias italianas com especial atenção à Camorra Napolitana

Abstract

O crime organizado: as máfias italianas desde o início do século XXI é considerado um título que se mantém em estudo e constante desenvolvimento, tanto a nível nacional como internacional. Assim, com este trabalho tive como objetivo e intuito de estabelecer, desenvolver e analisar obras de vários autores e peritos neste tema bastante antigo, não esquecendo analisei a Constituição da República Portuguesa, o Código Penal e algumas Leis relativas ao tema. O principal objetivo foi estudar e aprofundar melhor como é que as organizações criminosas italianas interagem e funcionam dentro e fora das economias dos países. De salientar ainda, que a criminalidade organizada sendo um “assunto frágil” para certos Estados, por ser considerada um crime bastante violento, é vista, por vezes, como um ato de terrorismo.

Organized crime: Italian mafias is a matter of subject since the beginning of the 21st century because it’s form of crime that continues to thrive it has been under constant study and development.that remains under study and constant development, both nationally and internationally, particularly internationally. Thus, with this work I had as objective and intention to establish, develop and analyze works by several authors who are experts in this very old subject, not forgetting that I also analyzed the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic, the Penal Code and some Laws related to this theme. The main objective was to study and deepen how Italian criminal organizations interact and function inside and outside the countries' economies. Not forgetting, however, that organized crime as been seen as a “fragile issue” for some states, as it is considered a very violent crime, is sometimes seen as an act of terrorism.
