| Abstract: | Toda a temática suscitada em torno da proposição desta dissertação, cuja motivação já foi explanada, está limitada ao quadro do direito público e em grande medida ao ramo do direito constitucional: na formulação de soluções para o questão da Interioridade, enquanto categoria jurídico, passando pela eventual estudo da inconstitucionalidade da prática política corrente em violação ao princípio ordenador fundamental do Estado unitário e seus demais sub-princípios constitucionais. |
| Description: | Raised the whole issue around the proposition of this thesis, whose motivation has was explained, is limited to the framework of public law and largely to the branch of constitutional law: the formulation of solutions to the question of the interior, while legal category, through the study of the possible unconstitutionality of political practice current in violation of the fundamental ordering principle of the unitary state and its other sub-constitutional principles.
