| Abstract: | Em Espanha, só não foram centralistas a Constituição Republicana de 1931 e a Constituição de 1978, actualmente vigente. Em Portuga l, apenas a Constituição de 1976 consagrou Regiões Autónomas (Madeira e Açores). No entanto, apesar de as ideias centralizadoras terem predominado durante mais tempo, foram as ideias políticas descentralizadoras que marcaram mais o rumo da história constitucional espanhola e portuguesa. |
