Work Engagement Scale (Schaufeli et al. 2006) (Seppälä, P. et al., 2009), Job Satisfaction Scale – 5 itens (Brayfield and Rothe’s, 1951), Performance - 9 itens (John J. Rodwell, René Kienzle, and Mark A. Shadur, 1998).

Remote work has multifaceted impacts on employee satisfaction, engagement, and performance, varying according to context, individual profiles, and organizational policies. However, through a literature review, I explored topics such as internal marketing, organizational culture, job performance, job satisfaction, and engagement, relating them to one another. In this way, it was possible to observe that these methodologies and their success are intrinsically linked to effective leadership through a well-defined corporate strategy aligned with employees. However, there are both positive and negative aspects to consider, which may determine the success of implementing this new paradigm. The research objective focuses on analyzing the impact of remote work on employee performance, satisfaction, and engagement, understanding the role of internal marketing in promoting motivation, organizational culture, and productivity. The specific objectives address the relationship between remote work and organizational engagement by analyzing the level of employee involvement and commitment to the company, examining how remote work affects employee performance in terms of productivity, work quality, and task efficiency, assessing the contribution of remote work to employee enthusiasm and satisfaction over time, and understanding the role of internal marketing in motivation and organizational culture in a remote work setting. I adopted a qualitative research methodology and developed an interview guide based on key aspects of the following scales: UWES – 9 items | Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Schaufeli et al., 2006) (Seppälä, P. et al., 2009), Job Satisfaction Scale – 5 items (Brayfield and Rothe, 1951), and Performance – 9 items (John J. Rodwell, René Kienzle, and Mark A. Shadur, 1998). The results obtained indicated that remote work can be beneficial for both employees and organizations.
