| Abstract: | No presente trabalho enunciam-se algumas reflexões sobre a proposta de Regulamento apresentada pelo Conselho, relativo à competência, lei aplicável, reconhecimento de decisões, aceitação de atos autênticos em matéria de filiação e criação de um certificado europeu de filiação, publicada em Dezembro de 2022. This paper presents some reflections on the proposal for a Regulation presented by the Council on jurisdiction, applicable law, recognition of decisions, acceptance of authentic acts in matters of filiation and the creation of a European certificate of filiation, published in December 2022. |
