A relação entre a reabilitação do património e a arquitectura bioclimática

Abstract

Com os avanços tecnológicos e estudos de inúmeros sistemas e técnicas construtivas resultantes da revolução industrial, atualmente a busca pelo impacto mínimo na construção, soluções de conforto entre outos fatores sustentáveis é frequente, perante o défice climático que o mundo hoje atravessa. O que obriga a estudar técnicas construtivas, sistemas passivos e formas de enquadrar as novas tecnologias gerando uma arquitectura potencializadora. A preocupação com a sustentabilidade surgiu em meados do séc. XX e com ela emergiram novos conceitos, como o de Arquitetura bioclimática ou Arquitetura sustentável, intimamente associados à arquitetura vernacular. O trabalho em desenvolvimento vai faz um breve enquadramento sobre os assuntos da temática, para aplicabilidade no caso de estudo com ajuda do entendimento de casos de referência. Com o caso de estudo escolhido procura-se responder as questões que nos façam compreender se os sistemas passivos vernaculares se revelaram ou não eficazes no que diz respeito à eficiência energética e ao conforto da utilização da habitação; E perceber de que forma podemos aplicar os princípios bioclimáticos para a melhoria do mesmo.

With technological advances and studies of numerous systems and construction techniques resulting from the industrial revolution, currently the search for minimal impact on construction, comfort solutions among other sustainable factors are frequent, given the climate deficit that the world is experiencing today. This forces us to study constructive techniques, passive systems, and ways of framing new technologies, generating a potential architecture. The concern with sustainability emerged in the mid-twentieth century. XX and withit new concepts emerged, such as Bioclimatic Architecture or Sustainable Architecture, closely associated with vernacular architecture. The work in development will make a brief framework about the theme, for applicability in the case study with the help of the understanding of reference cases. With the chosen case study, we try to answer the questions that make us understand whether the vernacular passive systems have proved to be effective about energy efficiency and comfort in the use of housing; And understand how we can apply bioclimatic principles to improve it.
