| Abstract: | O presente ensaio defende a absoluta incompatibilidade, teórica e prática, entre os direitos de liberdade e os direitos sociais, identificando os respetivos valores e desvalores, bem como os efeitos negativos da previsão dos segundos na existência dos primeiros, com maior ênfase no direito, natural e pessoal, de propriedade privada. The present essay sustains the absolute incompatibility, both theoretical and practical, between freedom rights and social rights, identifying their values and devaluations, as well as the negative effects of the prediction of the latter in the existence of the former, with emphasis on the private propriety natural and personal right.
