Vínculos afetivos na adoção : a perspectiva das mães adotivas : um estudo de caso

Abstract

Após a efetivação da adoção, a convivência diária entre pais e filhos na constituição da nova família gera inúmeros questionamentos e dúvidas. A conversação entre as mães adotivas e as estagiárias do curso de Psicologia da Faculdade CESUCA buscou desmistificar e desconstruir os preconceitos criados e compartilhados entre as participantes acerca da idealização da adoção. O grupo contou com a participação de quatro mães, em oito encontros no ano de 2018. O presente trabalho, ao analisar os relatórios elaborados pelas estagiárias a partir destas conversas, bem como materiais com estudos similares a respeito da adoção, objetivou entender a perspectiva das mães sobre o que elas esperam daquele novo momento de vida, suas frustrações e receios especialmente quando as idealizações não se concretizam. Notou-se a dificuldade, por parte das integrantes do grupo, na aceitação das vivências passadas dos filhos e a preocupação recorrente sobre as possíveis interferências genéticas e vivenciais no processo de aprendizagem das crianças.

After the adoption of the adoption, the daily coexistence between parents and children in the constitution of the new family generates innumerable questions and doubts. The conversation between the adoptive mothers and the trainees of the CESUCA Faculty of Psychology course sought to demystify and deconstruct the prejudices created and shared among the participants about the idealization of adoption. The group counted with the participation of four mothers in eight meetings in 2018. The present work, when analyzing the reports elaborated by the trainees from these conversations, as well as materials with similar studies regarding the adoption, aimed to understand the perspective of the mothers about what they expect from that new moment of life, their frustrations and fears especially when idealizations do not materialize. The group members’ difficulty in accepting their children’s past experiences and the recurring concern about possible genetic and experiential interferences in the children’s learning process were noted.
