A mobilidade da permanência : um abrigo móvel para novos nómadas

Abstract

Resumo: Vivemos numa era em que experienciamos tudo de maneira tão facilitada que rapidamente se alteram as nossas vontades, hábitos e gostos. O modo de habitar não é exceção. Estamos formatados para encontrar o conforto na arquitetura tradicional, uma arquitetura inflexível, cara e impactante. Dado o processo decadente que o planeta atravessa, sente-se cada vez mais a necessidade de mudança de alguns hábitos. Torna-se emergente que haja uma adaptação e aceitação de alguns dos costumes que foram tidos outrora pelo Homem, mas que com o tempo se foram perdendo. No estudo que se apresenta em seguida procurou-se fundamentalmente entender de que maneira é que o fenómeno da mobilidade se articula com a arquitetura, e como é que a fusão destas duas temáticas influencia os modos de habitar da sociedade em que nos encontramos. Analisou-se a origem, a história e o desenvolvimento do nomadismo, e de que modo é que estes povos motivaram à evolução da arquitetura móvel, desde os primeiros modelos de abrigo até à atualidade. Procedeu-se ao estudo e investigação de autores que exploraram e influenciaram a temática abordada visando a conceção de um projeto baseado nas necessidades dos novos nómadas, onde seja notória a absorção da pertinência das matérias estudadas ao longo do processo.

Abstract: We live in an era where we experience everything in such an easy way that our wills, inhabits and tastes quickly change. The way of habitation is no exception. We are formatted to find comfort in traditional, inflexible, expensive and impactfull architecture. Given the decaying process that the planet is going through, there is a need for action. There is an emergent need of adaptation and acceptance of some of the customs that mankind once had, but that were lost in time. In the following study, we sought to understand fundamentally in which way the phenomenon of mobility is articulated with architecture, and how the fusion of this two themes influence the inhabiting ways of the modern society. The emergence, history and development of nomadism was analyzed, and how these people motivated the evolution of mobile architecture, from the first models of shelter to the present. The study and investigation of authors who have explored and influenced the subject approach aimed at the design of a project based on the needs of the new nomads, where the relevance of the subjects studied throughout the process is well known.
