A relação entre o capital psicológico e o bem-estar no trabalho

Abstract

A presente investigação estudou a relação entre o capital psicológico (PsyCap) e o bem-estar no trabalho (BET). Tentou-se também perceber, se o significado do trabalho tem um papel mediador nas variáveis mencionadas. Para tal, foi aplicado um questionário on-line, individual e anónimo, a 71 indivíduos ativos no mercado de trabalho. Os resultados foram tratados estatisticamente através de técnicas de correlação e mediação, sendo que os resultados obtidos indicam que existe uma relação forte entre capital psicológico e bem-estar no trabalho, contudo esta relação não possui como mediadora a variável significado do trabalho.

The present research studied the relationship between psychological capital (PsyCap) and wellbeing at work (BET). It was also tried to understand if the meaningful work has a mediating role in the mentioned variables. For that, an online, individual and anonymous questionnaire was applied to 71 individuals active in the labor market. The results were statistically treated through correlation and mediation techniques, and the results indicate a strong relationship between psychological capital and wellbeing at work, but this relationship doesn’t have as a mediator the variable meaningful work.
