Arquitectura vinhateira : reabilitação do Convento das Carvalhiças em Centro de Interpretação

Abstract

Resumo: O desenvolvimento de qualquer investigação pressupõe a existência de algo que nos inquieta e nos induz curiosidade e este trabalho não constitui uma exceção. Assim sendo, formulouse principal objetivo de estudo: a Reabilitação do Convento das Carvalhiças em Centro de Interpretação e Memória da Rota do Alvarinho. Para tal, utilizou-se uma metodologia qualitativa de natureza exploratória e descritiva com aplicação de um conjunto de documentos oficiais e de índole científico sobre a área de estudo. A reflexão irá incidir na vila de Melgaço e no seu principal recurso natural o vinho. Tentarei demonstrar como um recurso natural pode ser o elemento de desenvolvimento económico e de mudança de uma região, como um recurso natural bem dinamizado, através de políticas simples e económicas, através de um desenvolvimento pensado e organizado pode criar riqueza, combater a desertificação e desenvolver um território sustentável. As novas vinícolas combinam a tradição e a tecnologia, bem como a sinergia entre a tradição do vinho e a arquitetura contemporânea e design.

Abstract: The development of any investigation presupposes the existence of something that troubles us and leads us curiosity and this work is no exception. Therefore, it was formulated main objective of the study: interpreting the Rehabilitation of the Convent of Carvalhiças in Interpretation Center and Memory Alvarinho Route. To do this, we used a qualitative methodology of exploratory and descriptive nature by applying a set of official documents and scientific nature of the study area. Reflection will focus on the village of Melgaço and its main resource Natural wine. I will try to demonstrate how a natural resource can be the economic development element and change in a region, as a natural resource and streamlined and through simple and economic policies, through a thought development, organized create wealth, combat desertification and create a sustainable territory. New wineries combine tradition and technology as well as the synergy between wine tradition and contemporary architecture and design.
