O património esquecido : reabilitação e salvaguarda do património arquitectónico : Igreja de Saint Yan, Borgonha, França : Capela de Fandinhães, Marco de Canaveses, Portugal

Abstract

Centrando-se sobre a temática da reabilitação e a salvaguarda do Património Arquitetónico, a presente dissertação procura compreender como esta especialidade da arquitetura pode ser manifestada como instrumento de atuação na segurança de urna efetiva salvaguarda da memória de um povo a qual importa conservar surgindo assim, hoje, como ferramenta fundamental no crescimento equilibrado e sustentável da paisagem rural e urbana, percebendo quais os seus intervalos de atuação. No decurso do tempo verifica-se uma sucessiva apropriação dos espaços. Esta é uma característica vincada da progressão Humana sobre o território e é fruto do desenvolvimento tecnológico e como tal tende a ser entendida corno natural. A questão levanta-se quando estes espaços, agora transformados pela ação construtiva, se tornam obsoletos na função e esquecidos no tempo, mantendo-se no entanto o edificado que agora se apresenta como um espaço desadequado e expectante. Que fazer com este património, adquire o caráter de questão central desta investigação, O matéria desenvolve-se em torno de dois casos de estudo, onde se procura compreender os motivos porque ficaram obsoletos e entraram em ruína, e pela realização de diferentes estratégias, entender como, para quê e porquê se deve inverter tal situação, percebendo também, qual o papel da arquitetura contemporânea em todo o processo. Com um competente enquadramento histórico pretende-se perceber as etapas pelas quais o estudo da reabilitação arquitetónica passou, quais os seus modelos teóricos e que experiências se podem destacar até chegarmos às duas realidades que distantes geograficamente, se manifestam próximas sob o contexto do desafio que enfrentam, sendo uma na região da Borgonha em França, Saint Yan e outra na região do Marco de Canavezes em Portugal, Paços de Gaiolo. Concluindo-se finalmente que a idiossincrasia inerente a cada edifício estende-se à sua zona envolvente e às ações que no tempo este sofreu, necessitando portanto, cada caso, de uma singularidade de intervenções, que aqui serão propostas, que valorizem e salvaguardem a correspondente autenticidade, sendo esta ação entendida como de defesa da genuinidade das comunidades onde se inserem.

Being centered on the theme of the rehabilitation and the safeguard of the heritage Architectural, the present dissertation tries to understand like this specialty of the architecture that it can be shown like instrument of acting in the security guard of an effective safeguard of the memory of a people which imports to preserve, appearing so, today, like basic tool in the balanced and sustainable growth of the rural and urbane scenary, realizing which his intervals of acting. In the course of the time a successive appropriation of the spaces happens. This is a characteristic creased of the Human progression on the territory and is a result of the development technological and as such it has a tendency to be understood like natural. The question is lifted when these spaces now transformed by the constructive action, become obsolete in the function and forgotten in the time, when be maintained however the built that now presents itself an appropriate and expectant space. What to do with this heritage, acquires the character of central question of this investigation. Matter is developed around two cases of study, where the motives try to be understood because they were obsolete and entered in ruin, and for the realization of different strategies, I eat opinion, why and why it is necessary to alter such situation, realizing also, which paper of the contemporary architecture in the whole process. With a competent historical framing there intend to realize the stages by which the study of the architectural rehabilitation passed, which his theoretical models and which experiences can stand out until we reach two reality distant that geographically, show near under the context ofthe challenge that they face, being one in Paços de Gaiolo, Marco de Canaveses, Portugal andd other in Saint Yan in the region of the Borgonha, ending finally that the idiosyncrasy inherent in each building stretches out to his involving zone and to the actions that in the this time there suffered, needing so, each case, of a peculiarity of interventions, which here it will be proposed, what value and safeguard the corresponding authenticity, being this gay action how of defense of the genuineness of the communities where if they insert.
