Framework partnership agreement between CEPOL and Fundação Minerva - Cultura - Ensino e Investigação Científica

Abstract

- The general objective which shares with Fundação Minerva – Cultura – Ensino e Investigação Científica in the above mentioned area activity and which justify establishment of a partnership in the following; - Creating learning opportunities for law enforcement personnel in the prevention of and the fight against serious and organised crime, terrorism maintenance of public order, international policing of major events, planning and command of Union mission, as well as training on law enforcement leadership and language skills, while putting particular emphasis on the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the context of law enforcement.
