Lugar : sugestão, perceção e apropriação

Abstract

Esta dissertação pretende explorar a noção de lugar na Arquitetura. O modo como a leitura do lugar e interpretação se transforma no projeto. O lugar Arquitetónico pode ser entendido de diferentes formas consoante o ator. As pessoas habitam, descrevem e criam lugares. O lugar está intimamente ligado às leituras e interpretações de quem o habita. A Arquitetura nasce de lugares e contextos, e cria novos lugares e relaciona-se. Procura-se abordar as teorias e reflexões de várias leituras de Arquitetos como criadores de lugares. Por fim apresenta-se criticamente um entendimento da forma como o indivíduo utiliza e apropria um território e as variáveis inerentes à diferença do comportamento e do entendimento gerador de contexto e da integração do lugar.

This dissertation aims to explore the notion of place in Architecture. The way place reading and interpretation becomes the project. The Architectural place can be understood in different ways depending on the actor. People inhabit, describe and create places. The place is closely linked to the readings and interpretations of those who inhabit it. Architecture is born from places and contexts, and creates new places and relates. It seeks to approach the theories and reflections of various readings of Architects as creators of places. Finally, it will seek to critically present an understanding of how the individual uses and appropriates a territory and the variables inherent to the difference in behaviour and understanding, context generator and the integration of the place.
