Alojamento para os novos nómadas : a habitação mínima como resposta

Abstract

Com este trabalho de investigação pretende-se fazer uma breve abordagem ao “habitar” e a maneira com esta questão tem sido trabalha, ao logo da historia pelos arquitetos, sociólogos e historiadores, com o intuito de perceber o habitar contemporâneo e as formas de apropriação do espaço utilizadas pelos novos nómadas. Partindo da emergência que a sociedade jovem tem em se movimentar, surge a necessidade de pensar espaços mínimos habitacionais que satisfaçam as suas necessidades, sobretudo quando a estadia destes nómadas do tempo moderno são prolongadas mas não definitivas. Os jovens e a sua mobilidade são questões muito atuais, considera-se pertinente repensar o modo de abordar este tema e através da arquitetura encontrar soluções de habitação mínima para os novos-nómadas. Estes novos-nómadas, não tem lugar fixo para viver, uma habitação permanente, são considerados cosmopolitas de sofá ou de “Low-Cost”, a maioria deste espírito nómada está a ser vivenciado por jovens trabalhadores, estudantes, investigadores ou mesmo turistas. Começamos por abordar o habitar enquanto espaço interior, desenvolve-lo como conceito e aborda-lo em diversas vertentes. Segue-se a interpretação dos espaços de dimensão reduzida e seus requisitos, bem com a flexibilidade e funcionalidade que lhes estão inerentes, assim como, a relação dos habitantes com a casa. Por fim os indivíduos pra quem estes espaços estão sendo pensados, os novos nómadas, a sua interação com a cidade e os espaços que os acolhem temporariamente. Do ponto de vista prático ensaiámos sobre o território de Aveiro, começando com a estratégia de intervenção, num programa de intervenção geral e específico, passando pelo lugar a intervir, concretizado na construção de espaços habitacionais, culturais e de lazer para os novos-nómadas.

With this research work aims to make a brief approach to "dwell" and the way this issue has been working, the logo of the story by architects, sociologists and historians, in order to realize the indwelling contemporary forms of appropriation space used by the new nomads. Starting from the emergency that young society has to move, there is a need to think minimum housing spaces that meet their needs, especially when the stay of these nomads of modern times are prolonged but not definitive. Young people and their mobility issues are very current, it is considered appropriate to rethink how to address this issue through architecture and finding housing solutions for the minimum new nomads. These new nomads, has no fixed place to live, a permanent, are considered cosmopolitan sofa or "Low -Cost ", most of this nomadic spirit is being experienced by young workers, students, researchers or tourists. We begin by addressing the dwelling while interior space, it develops as a concept and approach it in various aspects. The following is the interpretation of the spaces and their reduced size requirements, and the flexibility and functionality associated with them, as well as the ratio of the people in the house. Finally the individuals to whom these spaces are being designed, new nomads, their interaction with the city and the spaces that host them temporarily. From a practical standpoint rehearsed over the territory of Aveiro, starting with the intervention strategy, a program of general and specific intervention, passing by the place to intervene, implemented in the construction of living spaces, cultural and leisure activities for the new nomads.
